WHO WE ARE Todd J. Marsteller, President With over 29 years of experience in financial, administration and operations management, Todd excels at helping companies improve financial management and maximize shareholder value through succession planning or the sale of your business. Todd has extensive financial management experience including structuring ESOP transactions for S and C Corporations. His grasp of the intricacies involved in business sales and financial restructuring makes him a valuable, trusted partner. Todd's clients have come to rely on his expertise and confidential services to guide them through times of complex decision-making. Prior to forming Stellar Partners, Todd was a CFO/Controller and shareholder with several privately held firms. Todd serves on the Board of Managers and the Board of Directors for several private equity platform companies as well as several for-profit entities. Todd holds a B.S. in Commerce (Finance/Accounting) from the University of Virginia as well as an MBA from the University of Houston, and has passed the CPA and Certified Financial Planner examinations. MBA/CPA with over 25 years of experience with proven expertise in strategic financial management, strategic communications and as a business partner with the CEO. Accomplished in communicating with boards of directors, the financial community, the banking community and internal management. Helen's clients rely on her extensive experience and expertise in broad-reaching strategic financial and corporate communications. She is accomplished in defining the tone and overall strategy behind communications relevant to both internal and external audiences. Her client list includes Fortune 500 companies as well as small family-owned enterprises. Prior to launching her consulting practice, Helen served as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for York International Corporation, where she was one of eleven officers of this $4 billion Fortune 500 company traded on the New York Stock Exchange. She has worked closely with CFO/Investment Bankers/Owners to identify capital structure to fund acquisitions; has served as a lead team member of acquistion integration teams; is experienced in SEC reporting for public companies and internal management reporting and with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, debt offerings, capital restructuring and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. She is a member of the Senior Roundtable of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and a member of the Philadelphia and the virtual chapters of NIRI; and a member of Institute of Management Accountants. She has also demonstrated her leadership skills through participation on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations. Helen attended Miami University, Oxford OH and holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from York College of Pennsylvania. She is also a certified public accountant. |
